Business Law
My business practice is focused on helping businesses achieve success. Clients range from one-person start-up companies to established manufacturers. I take the time to learn clients' businesses and offer practical counsel on a wide variety of areas, such as start-up and business organization, employment issues, commercial transactions and business combinations and acquisitions.

Meetings with clients may take place at their offices or in either of my two offices. Legal services are available day and evening and every effort is made to accommodate the needs and schedules of clients. Because I am admitted to both Connecticut and New York, I help clients conduct business in both states.

Commercial Litigation
When negotiation fails, resort to the court system is often necessary. Clients are provided zealous representation in state and federal courts* with a view to effective and efficient dispute resolution. As a service to those clients that own rental properties, I provide representation in housing court as well.

Real Estate Transactions
As part of my general practice I represent clients in commercial and residential real estate matters ranging from the purchase or sale of a home to the leasing or acquisition of commercial space.

Individual Services
I also offer representation in securities and investment matters, employment issues and estate planning.
